10AM Media is a broadcast-grade podcast and video studio. After we record and produce your session, you can connect your own social and video accounts so we publish your finished episode and clips directly to your channels — no downloading and re-uploading. This page explains exactly what each connection accesses and how we use it.

How connecting works

  • You authorize it.You connect each account yourself through that platform’s official sign-in. We never ask for your passwords.
  • You approve every post. Nothing publishes automatically. We draft posts from your episode and clips; you review, edit, choose the accounts, and approve before anything goes out.
  • Least access. We request only the permissions needed to publish content you approve and to confirm the right account is connected.
  • Your tokens stay encrypted.Access tokens are stored encrypted on 10AM Media’s own infrastructure and used only to perform the actions you approve.
  • Disconnect anytime. Remove any connection from your account settings; we stop accessing that account immediately.

What we never do

  • We never post without your approval.
  • We never read, send, or delete your private messages or DMs.
  • We never delete or modify content we didn’t create for you.
  • We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don’t transfer it to third parties except the sub-processors needed to run the service (see our Privacy Policy).

What each connection accesses

YouTube (Google)

  • Access requested: Upload videos to your channel, and read basic channel info.
  • What it enables: Publish your finished episodes and short-form clips directly to your YouTube channel after you approve them.
  • Read-only info we use: Your channel name (to confirm the right channel is connected) and the upload/processing status of videos we publish.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.

LinkedIn

  • Access requested: Post on your behalf to your profile and to Company Pages you administer.
  • What it enables: Share your episode, clips, and graphics to your LinkedIn profile or a Company Page you choose.
  • Read-only info we use: Your name and the list of Pages you administer, so you can pick where a post goes.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. LinkedIn data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.

Instagram

  • Access requested: Publish content to your Instagram Business/Creator account.
  • What it enables: Post approved photos, videos, and Reels of your episode and clips to your Instagram account.
  • Read-only info we use: Your account name, to confirm the connected account.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use of Platform Data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies (limited use of Platform Data). Instagram data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.

Threads (Meta)

  • Access requested: Publish posts to your Threads profile.
  • What it enables: Share approved text and media posts from your episode to Threads.
  • Read-only info we use: Your Threads profile name, to confirm the connected account.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use of Platform Data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies (limited use of Platform Data). Threads data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.

Facebook Pages

  • Access requested: Manage posts on Facebook Pages you manage, and read your Page list.
  • What it enables: Publish approved posts of your episode and clips to a Facebook Page you choose.
  • Read-only info we use: The list of Pages you manage and basic engagement, so you can pick where a post goes.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use of Platform Data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies (limited use of Platform Data). Facebook data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.
  • Governing terms: Meta Platform Terms · Meta Developer Policies

X (Twitter)

  • Access requested: Post on your behalf and read your basic profile.
  • What it enables: Share approved posts and clips to your X account.
  • Read-only info we use: Your handle, to confirm the connected account.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use of X content and data complies with the X Developer Agreement and Policy. X data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.
  • Governing terms: X Developer Agreement and Policy

TikTok

  • Access requested: Upload and publish videos to your TikTok account.
  • What it enables: Post approved short-form clips of your episode to TikTok.
  • Read-only info we use: Your basic account info, to confirm the connected account.
  • Data use & limited-use commitment: Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. TikTok data is used only to publish the content you approve and to confirm the connected account; not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as needed to provide this feature. Access ends when you disconnect.

Google API Services — Limited Use

10AM Media’s use of information received from Google APIs (including YouTube) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube access solely to upload the videos you approve to your own channel and to confirm your channel and upload status; we do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide this feature to you. YouTube connections are also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Meta Platforms

Instagram, Threads, and Facebook connections are used only to publish the content you approve to your own accounts and to confirm the connected account. Use complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
